Ui and Ux Design / An Homage to Tetris/ Pt I

If in doubt, Tetris is always a good idea.

Whenever I feel overwhelmed or need a distraction, I play Tetris. It's a low stakes game, a challenge that requires concentration but not a lot of effort; you can play endlessly for hours or win a round in ten minutes; and it helps my brain find order in the chaos. It's been my go-to for a long time now and it's served me well whenever I've needed to give my mind a chance to catch up with whatever is happening in life... So here's an homage to the game! Basically: "what would Tetris look like if it was designed to be zen?" Animated to a satisfying conclusion, and with various skins (see below) because why not? 🤷

Also; take a look below if you want to experience 41 seconds of zen in the form of a tetris-inspired audio visualiser, complete with very calming Korobeiniki theme tune by Coffee Date, GameChops, and Wish on the Beat (it's a great tune - would recommend!) ☺️

Lastly, I was hoping to do a bit more with this, but ran out of time, because a few Exciting Things™ are happening right now, and I need to focus on those for a bit. Might make a little series over a few weeks, as I find time to explore all my Tetris-based notions!
